The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

Items without original packaging
Hygiene-sensitive baby items (if opened)

We will review and approve the return
Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days
Exchange
If you received the wrong or damaged product, we will send a replacement without extra charges.
Return Shipping
If the product is damaged/incorrect → We pay shipping
If the customer changes mind → Customer pays shipping
